4 Reasons HeyTaco won't see your tacos

If tacos are not appearing on your leaderboard, here are the most common reasons why:

• The message didn't mention the recipient's display name. Here's a correct example: @Lin thanks for the help :taco: . 
• The message was edited after being sent to add the :taco: or a person's @displayname.  HeyTaco only recognizes the original message.
• Too many tacos were included in a message with multiple people mentioned.  See here for how to give tacos to multiple people.
• HeyTaco wasn't in the channel the tacos were given in. You can check if HeyTaco is in a channel by typing /invite @heytaco .
