Changing plans (*Slack customers only)

If you are wanting to upgrade from Classic to Deluxe plans, you can do so on the Admin —> Account page. You will be charged for your Deluxe plan on your next billing cycle.

If you'd like to downgrade from Deluxe to Classic plan, you can do so on the Admin —> Account page as well. Your next monthly bill will be based on the Classic price.

HeyTaco doesn't prorate charges, so all changes are always effective with the next billing cycle.
